Return Policy
Defective Products:All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects for 90 days. To return adefective product, call our customer service representatives at 1-800-642-5199or send email to returns@laserserv.net and request a "Return Authorization" number.All returned products must have a Return Authorization number.We will replace the defective product or issue you a refund in full.
There will be a 15% restocking charge for all non-defective products.
Non-Defective Products:To return products that are not defective(customer ordered incorrectly - customer changed his/her mind, etc.)call our customer service representatives at 800-642-5199 or send emailto returns@laserserv.net and request a "Return Authorization" number.All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box.We will issue a replacement or refund at the customers request for all unopened,unused products returned within 30 days of purchase.
